Salary: £34,800 – £35,520 per year
Our client is an established hire firm in the Measham area and they are presently recruiting for a Key Accounts Advisor.
In this role, you will be accountable for the general performance of allocated key accounts, including analysis of buying trends, identifying new revenue streams and supporting product development. General duties will entail:
* Client account monitoring
* Arranging appointments for National Account Managers
* Providing quotes in a timely manner
* Upsell and cross sell products and services where appropriate
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Chair virtual meetings
* Follow up quotes within timescales
* Perform a full range of administration duties
* Continually develop understanding of services and products
In order to carry out this role, candidates should have great communication skills and demonstrate a professional level of customer service. An understanding of the hire business would be helpful as would experience with construction services.
