Showroom Assistant – Fashion Brand

This is an amazing opportunity for a Showroom Assistant to work for a iconic fashion brand!The role involves co-ordinating all activities in the London Office and Showroom to ensure smooth running on a day to day basis.

Duties include –

Reception duties ensuring all guests to the showroom are welcomed and received in a professional and efficient manner
All administration tasks required for training activity relating to product and the showroom and other general administrative duties, liaising with product manager.
Responsible for receiving, shipping and checking all showroom post incl. samples.
Liaison with product team and the visual merchandiser and marketing, following company guidelines to ensure the showroom is visually displayed and maintained accordingly in both product and imagery.
Assist the Office Manager in day to day duties relating to maintenance and health & safety.
Maintaining the showroom diary and communicating with the teams to run efficient showroom meeting schedule.
Build strong relationships with the Triumph team both in London showroom & Swindon, and key global contacts.
Assist office manager with event planning.
Assist office manager with day to day budget control, invoice coding and process
Manage pettycash for the showroom.
Assist with day to day management of showroom vendor file.

Candidates should have the following skills –

Be passionate about fashion
At least 2+ years experience working within a creative office environment
Health & Safety Awareness
Event management
