Site Manager

Salary: £26.4 – £32.4 per hour

Atkins Search are currently looking to recruit a permanently employed site manager within the residential sector of a regional, main contractor operating in the East Midlands area. This vacancy is a result of planned growth and business development in the region.
This construction business has been in operation for over 70 years with multiple offices across the UK, offering construction, housing and regeneration solutions to the industry.
The Candidate:
* Experience working on new build timber frame housing projects
* SMSTS qualified, CSCS and First aid as a minimum.
* Able to manage projects from inception to completion from site set up to close.
Responsibilities will include:
* Site Inductions
* Site Set up
* Manage health and safety
* Quality monitor works
* Manage and modify programme as required
* Take Full Responsibility of the site
