Site Manager

Shore Recruitment are working with an exciting new to the UK Construction Company. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their London team.

The main task in this role will be to take responsibility for the High End Residential Interior Fit-Out projects on the construction side which will be carried out by the London office. You will work with clients and a network of subcontractors, and must be comfortable dealing with all parties.

You:

– Can run projects of various sizes
– Can meet clients
– Can take a brief, and help turn a designer`s vision into something we can actually make
– Have experience of different materials
– Are computer literate, and will be able to learn our database system

Skills

– Proven experience of High End Residential Interior Fit Out projects
– Professional experience spanning several years in technical project handling or project management, ideally for residential and shopfitting interior construction projects
– Basic understanding of business and good self-organisation skills
– Costing experience
– Good knowledge of English and willingness to travel

You will need to have a friendly and obliging manner, a willingness to take/make decisions and have excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial approach.
