Business Analyst / Project Manager (Hrit / Hris)

Senior BA / PM – (HRIT / HRIS) – 12 Months – £600 – £720 pd

My client is a highly recognized company who has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join them out of their offices in Luton. The role is initially on a 12 months contract and offers an attractive rate to the ideal candidate.

Ultimately, you will drive the interface between IT and specific central business areas such as Finance, HR and Procurement. Joining a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, you will work closely with the business owners to shape the most cost effective IT solutions. Current projects include the delivery of an integrated HR and Payroll solution to support people processes across the business.

Duties:

+ Ensure all HR-IT related projects are successfully delivered to agreed scope, time and budget
+ Document the detailed scope of the project in collaboration with management
+ Elicit the business requirements using appropriate techniques – interviews, workshops, analysis of current systems etc
+ Manage Business Analysts to distill business requirements
+ Document business/functional requirements to the agreed standard
+ Ensure that the business stakeholders are satisfied the solution meets their needs – plan and manage the UAT phase
+ Manage stakeholders up to Board level
+ Work with business owners to establish business cases
+ Determine the resources required to complete a project
+ Manage the delivery of approved projects / programmes to the agreed plan and budget
+ Supplier management – contract negotiation, relationship management, RFP

Skills:

+ Significant background as a Business Analyst
+ Proven ability in managing and delivering on programmes / projects
+ Skills in HR IT related projects – HRIS, HRIT, HR applications as part of an implementation or SME
+ Track record of delivering on HR Technology projects to time, cost and quality
+ Excellent Stakeholder management skills
+ In depth knowledge of HR IT concepts
+ Structured methodology certifications – Prince 2
+ Business case skills – cost/benefit analysis
+ Strong supplier management skills
+ Excellent communication skills
