Building relationships is at the heart of what we do. So it’s no surprise we’re so passionate about our people. After all, they’re just as passionate about the communities we serve.

We’re committed to becoming one of the most efficient providers of affordable housing and community investment services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify problems and needs and work with customers, colleagues and stakeholders to provide appropriate and innovative solutions.

You will demonstrate empathy, passion and commitment to the needs and aspirations of homeless and vulnerable people, which is based either on your own personal experience, voluntary experience, work experience or demonstrable personal interest. The successful candidate will require some experience of effective face-to-face communications with a variety of people in different circumstances.

For genuine occupational requirement reasons we are looking to appoint a Female only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
