Our client is a high profile residential developer. Due to expansion, they are looking for a development finance manager to manage the finance side of the company. This was previously carried out by a company director but as the company has grown, they are now looking to have someone take over this function within the company. The role will predominantly be organising and managing bridging loans and development finance to ensure the company has the financial ability to deliver its projects.
The company offer flexible working conditions including remote working for the right person. They are looking for someone who has either worked within the property or bridging loan industry or come from a residential development background..
Candidate:
* Specialist finance experience (Bridging or Development Finance) (essential)
* Self-motivated as well as having a willingness to learn and take on board new ideas in key.
* This would suit an experienced individual who is looking for flexible working conditions
