Start Date: Immediate Start for the right candidate

Hours: Monday to Saturday 9.00am-6.00pm

Our client a well established contact centre in Huntingdon are looking to expand and recruit x2 please apply a temporary to permanent basis starting immediately.

This role will be working in a fast paced, varied environment so somebody who likes to be kept busy would be suitable for this role.

You will be responsible for providing first class customer service and first line technical support to customers over the telephone helping them with a variety of issues.

Standard Duties:

Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
Logging information onto in house databases
Providing technical and non technical support to customers
Working towards targets & KPI’sThe ideal candidate for this role will come from a Customer service background or call centre background and have experience of building rapport with customers. Someone with a keen interest in technology would be ideal. Candidates with a keen interest in gaming, technology and pc’s would be of interest to the client.

Excellent typing and IT skills are essential and you should be approachable and flexible to fit in with the team working environment.
