Customer Service Rep – Fluent in Spanish / Portuguese

A Global Technology company based in West London is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced a Spanish and Portuguese Speaking Customer Services Representative. You will be from a B2B customer service background with experience within a distribution company. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years customer service experience in a call centre environment and a flair for problem solving and issue resolving. You will have excellent communication skills, in addition to a high attention to detail and a passion for fantastic customer service. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languages and English is a MUST.

Main responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:

Placing phone calls related to clarification of order information, product availability, quote information, shipping and traffic concerns
Receiving routine phone calls from distributors, customers, account management; resolve as appropriate to route to proper party
Performing backup functions for Support Services and Shared Services, including fax order entry Processing email requests such as expedites, request for tracking info and order status updates
Providing proactive backlog management
Returning, crediting and servicing requests
Supplying technical specification/information or suggest alternative productsSkills/Experience Required:

2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
Experience making and dealing with B2B customer service calls
Excellent communication skills with the ability to be clear on the telephone
Follows established procedures under general supervision with a high level of attention to detail
Uses templates and work instructions to complete tasks
Ability to use knowledge to resolve general issues
