Salary: £25.2 – £36 per hour
Our local authority client based in the South West of England is looking for a Development Management Planner for a 6 month+ contract.
Due to an increased workload, our client is looking for an experienced Development Management Planner on a contract basis.
Applicants will work on a varied caseload of midscale applications; 2 to 3 dwelling developments and smaller commercials sites as well as other Development Management tasks.
It is preferred that candidates are MRTPI, although not essential. Applicants must however have prior experience within a local authority planning team.
Hourly rates will vary depending on experience, but as a guide will range from £25.2 – £36 /h.
