Education Recruitment Consultant

This position is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Teacher Recruitment agency.

This position has come about due to increased growth and market penetration. You will have a warm desk to work on with user schools and cleared candidates.

This role is for a recruiter that is used to managing their own workload and desk, one that thrives on having the autonomy to run their desk as their own business.

Two desks are being expanded into existing geographical areas, a Primary and a Secondary desk your experience will determine which desk will be allocated to you.

This agency can offer a clear, progressive carer plan which is based on merit. Due to expansion plans there is plenty of room for aspiring recruiters to establish themselves and gain rapid promotion.

Ideally we would like to appoint a Senior consultant for this role, somebody that has worked in and understands the Education sector before.

This will be working for an independent agency which will give you all the positive benefits of a corporate company without the sense of felling like just a number, you will free from rigid KPI’s and targets.

This role consists of:

Business development, candidate attraction, compliance (a compliance administrator is in branch) School visits, attending education conferences.

* £31,200 – £36,000Basic salary
* Excellent commission with a low threshold
