Travel Team Manager – Hungarian Speaking

We are currently recruiting for a Hungarian speaking Travel Team Manager to manage teams of Travel Agents for an international organisation with offices based in the Portsmouth area. We are looking for a professional and highly driven individual who is keen to further their career within a successful organisation that can effectively manage, lead and develop a team of up to 14 agents.

Suitable candidates will:
• Have previous experience leading a customer service team or travel team and coaching staff for a better performance
• Have previous experience working within the travel industry either face to face or over the phone
• Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian & English
• A proven track record in Team Management positions within an Inbound Call Centre or face to face travel setting
• Excellent coaching skills
• Experience in live call and remote monitoring
• Positive and proactive approach
• High standards of Customer Service
• Experience in performance managing & disciplinary matters
• Conducting 121 meetings & appraisals
• Handling escalated complaints
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office

Successful candidates will benefit from a desirable basic salary of circa £28,200and benefits package.
