Class 2 Drivers

We are now recruiting Class 2 Drivers – based in Thornbury, Bristol to deliver for a well known coffee chain across the South West and South Wales. Excellent rates of pay and regular overtime! You will be joining the UK’s leading recruitment agency with over 100 branches and onsite operations across the country – recognised as a times top 100 employer. Pertemps Recruitment are a leading driving (HGV C+E Class 1 & C Class 2) recruitment experts in the UK. They have been based on a logistics site in Thornbury for over 10 years and have secured a further 6 year contract on site.

As a Class 2 Driver your duties will include:

• Class 2 multi-drop deliveries across the South West and South Wales of ambient and chilled goods.
• Between 8 and 12 drops per route.
• Product placement within the delivery point.
• Working alongside a drivers mate on certain routes.
• Duties may include heavy lifting.

An ideal Class 2 Driver will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Previous Class 2 multi-drop experience.
• No more than 6 points, for insurance purposes.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable.

This is a temporary ongoing Class 2 position. You will be working an average shift of 10 hours per day guaranteed Set shift patterns available with regular overtime offered, shifts may be between days and nights on a rota basis, flexibility is desirable.

In return you will receive an hourly rate of £13.8 – £19.8per hour plus the following benefits-
