HR & Operations Manager

Salary: £48,118 – £54,694 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is delighted to partner with a world-class Academy seeking an experienced HR and Operations Manager. This critical leadership role is central to the success of the smooth running of the School and the wider Trust.

As a partner to the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team, the HR and Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of HR, operational and administrative functions within the Trust. Leading a team of three, you will support staff and the SLT on all aspects of HR policies, to advise and guide on Best Practice relating to ER cases, recruitment and managing the Single Central Record. Knowledge of current UK HR legislation is essential.

You will oversee the Premises Manager and act as Data Protection Officer to ensure the school’s policy is compliant coupled with the management of marketing and communications.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within the education sector, ideally at an operational level within a multi-site role, demonstrating experience of developing a HR strategy. You will possess excellent HR knowledge, understand budgets and display keen leadership qualities. You will be forward-thinking and able to demonstrate high standards of professionalism and business acumen.
