Bid/ Proposal Manager
Stafford Lawrence are seeking a Bid and Proposal manager with solid experience in the Engineering/ Construction or Property industry. This permanent role can be located at our clients offices in Manchester or Birmingham
Requirements for the Bid / Proposal Manager
We are seeking someone who can be standalone initially, with the view to growing a team, so you should have experience of managing bids and proposals from start to finish, and have been involved in the entire process as well as setting up company process and procedure.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for an Engineering Construction or Property Consultancy in the UK, working with key members to obtain relevant information.
A track record of successful bid / proposal delivery
We are seeking someone with strategic, creative and innovative thinking and a strong interest in the Engineering / Property /Construction sector. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication along with strong commercial skill and attention to detail.
A degree qualification is highly desirable

Salary is very flexible on this role, and dependent upon experience and location.
We are very open to candidates who fall outside the following banding:
£ basic plus
Pension, Mobile, Laptop, ( there is also flexibility on this role to work from home some days per week).
