Utility France has an opening for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team in our newly created business development team. You will be the first point of contact with all new customers promoting our ethical and transparent procurement services.

What does the job involve?

· Manage your own outbound calls in a timely manner

· Identify our customers’ needs, clarify information and provide advice and solutions

· Seize opportunities to up-sell the right products when they arise

· Build growing and sustainable relationships with your own customer base by engaging conversation and going the extra mile

· Keep records and up-to-date logs of your conversations and sales on our contact centre database system

· Meet your personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

· To be successful in the role, you are required to have either 6 months B2B sales experience or 6-12 months strong sales experience.

What do I need?

· A perfect / native level of written and spoken French

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
