Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a family run business based in Sheffield on a full time and permanent basis. The business in the medical sector and has experienced significant growth recently and as a result are adding sales talent to their team.

This role will take responsibility for Account Management of a portfolio of existing customers, manage inbound sales enquiries from email and webchat, and source leads for potential new clients to add to your Account portfolio.

What will you be doing as an Internal Sales Executive?

* Managing existing accounts and making sure each client is aware of any ongoing offers or promotions; upselling where possible

* Using your prospecting sales techniques, you will be expected to generate sales leads over the phone

* Taking any inbound sales inquiries and actioning them accordingly

* Dealing with any online live chat enquires

* Compiling quotations based on customers needs and sending to the client

* Passing sales orders to the sales support team once the order has been complete

* Working on lapsed accounts ensuring that every service and product has been offered to train reactivate the account

What do you need?

* A minimum of 1-years sales experience in a targeted environment

* A can do attitude who is happy help in all areas to help the team

* Proven track record in achieving sales

* Previous quoting experience

* £22,000 – £25,000 p/a (OTE – £30K/£40K)

Hours:

* Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm

* Fridays – 8:30am – 4:00pm
