A modern, forward-thinking practice is seeking to strengthen their design and technical teams with the addition of an experienced Architectural Technician and a RIBA part 2 Architectural Assistant.
Assisting in the delivery of its high-end residential and commercial commissions, the successful individuals will become an integral part of this dynamic team of talented architects and architectural technicians.
Current commissions range from high-end phased residential schemes for/with developers to multi-million commercial and workplace facilities.
Role requirements:
* Experience of working with a housing / property developer preferred but not essential
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
* An strong understanding of current UK building regulations
