Registered Manager (Nurse)

I am looking for a Registered Manager to run a beautiful care and nursing home based in an idyllic country setting in the gorgeous town of Woodbridge in Suffolk. The home has luxury suites combining the highest levels of comfort with beautiful, contemporary decor.

 In this role you will:

• Manage the home to ensure it is delivering high-quality care
• Lead a fantastic team of staff
• Ensure that the care needs of residents are paramount
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
• Communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
• Create strong links with the local community.
• Run a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home

For this great Nurse post you will need:

• An active NMC pin
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care.
• A good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards
• The ability to be a good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
