Product Manager

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Product Manager, carrying out the following role;

To drive new product development activities encompassing the latest technical advancements whilst meeting market needs and offering quantifiable differentiation that delivers unique benefits and superior value to the customer.
Main Responsibilities:
*Understand the target markets and competitors, and track market trends to ensure continued competitiveness of the product range.
*Identify and assess new business opportunities and market requirements relating to core product range and capabilities and associated accessories and ancillaries.
*Develop and manage a process for recording customer and partner feedback, complaints and suggestions for consideration in continuous product improvement programmes and managing these programmes.
*Development and implementation of detailed project plans to deliver specific product related continuous improvements and new product developments.
*Lead the development and publication of the product development road map and product development strategy and priorities.
*Define target product specifications, functions and feature levels in line with market requirements.
*Take responsibility for the creation, maintenance and implementation of the company new product development process and ensure that all development activity is executed in line with that process.
*To manage the product life cycle, from product definition through to its elimination, in order to generate top line sales growth and maximise profitability.
*Lead the analysis and performance assessment of competitor products and assist in the development and publication of feature and performance comparisons and effective competitive sales arguments.
*Manage development of product specific support materials including user guides, technical specifications, FAQs and similar.
*Assist with ongoing marketing communications activities, including development of collateral, exhibitions and PR.
*Make recommendations on target market pricing and market positioning.
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience Required:
*Formal technical qualifications
*Proven experience in similar role
*Experience in Wireless Network Security and Telemetry is essential
