Salary: £33,600 – £45,600 per year

Remote/Home Based (You can work hybrid if you are based in/near London)

£33,600 – £45,600 basic salary

20% to 35% commission (Year 1 OTE £89k)

This is a great opportunity for 2 experienced recruiters to join a small but well-established recruitment agency. 

They specialise in placing senior-level PA/EA’s, and Senior Managers/Executives in Finance, Marketing, and HR in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

The 2 Cofounders of the business are very hands-on in running the business and are a brilliant example of working parents who have built a successful business whilst also maintaining a work-life balance.

If you live in or around London they have an office that you can work in if you want, or you can be based anywhere in the UK and work remotely.

You must have 360 recruitment agency experience and ideally, you will be recruiting in the Finance, Marketing, or HR sectors at Management/Executive level, or recruiting top-level PA/EA’s.

It’s key that you are energetic and driven to succeed with the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates. You must be able to demonstrate experience in using marketing, calls, social media activity, and using competitor leads to generate new business and attract candidates

You will work both permanent and contract roles with typical salaries being £60k and above, so they generate good average fees and there is very good earning potential (Year 1 OTE of £89k).

Moving forward into the future you will have the support to grow a team if you have ambitions of becoming a Team Manager. Your personal development will be a combination of internal and external training.

£33,600 – £45,600 basic salary (depending on experience/billing performance)

A commission scheme that starts at 20% and goes up to 35%

Additional cash incentives for hitting billing targets
