Salary: £90,000 – £108,000 per year
A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Engineering department with the appointment of an Engineering Manager.
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Process Engineers to improve processes and tooling.
Working from their manufacturing facility in the West Midlands, the Engineering Manager’s responsibilities will include:
*Effective planning and organisation of tool room activities
*Effective planning and organisation of engineering modifications
*Upkeep and maintenance of TPM systems
*Ensure TPM is carried out effectively
*Attend production/engineering meetings and ensure that meeting actions are closed out
*Able to communicate well with customers internally and externally
