Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer service advisor to join our busy client in Leeds (LS10) This candidate would require previous experience with both Lotus Notes and AS400, The client are very succesful at what they do and this would be a fantastic role to add to your experience.

Requirements of the job

– Process and calculate customer orders

– Dealing with inbound email enquiries or customer enquiries over the phone

– The ability to handle phone calls in a professional and friendly maner.

– As mentioned before – Working with platforms such as Lotus Notes and AS400.
