As a Customer Service Advisor within our dedicated customer relations team, you’ll answer incoming calls, and occasionally letters and emails, and will get the customer’s experience back on track – whether it’s a delayed flight, baggage claim, or something else.

Ideally, you’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to resolve difficult situations and preserve customer loyalty. Your ability to listen is equally important – you’ll need to empathise with a customer, respond to their situation, and independently take the action that’s required.

Based in our contact centre on the edge of the River Tyne, these are full-time roles working shift patterns Monday-Sunday, 07.30-22.00. You’ll be working in an open, relaxed office environment that’s got real buzz. There’s plenty of free on-site car parking, plus great public transportation links. You’ll even benefit from an onsite canteen which serves Starbucks.
