Civils Supervisor
Location: South East England
Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Package

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the effective and safe delivery of specified OHL Civils Projects on the Crossrail Western.

What you’ll be doing

*To safely deliver activities to timescale, plan and cost specification.
*Optimise use of resources by liaison with the project supervisor and resource manager.
*Take part in site meetings as required and carry out safety and Team Briefs.
*Maintain effective communication with Construction managers, construction manager’s staff, staff and clients.
*Identify variances to contract and feed back to Construction managers, and carry out risk assessments.
*Lead, motivate and control staff.
*Identify and implement Improvements to working practice.
*Assist in the day-to-day planning activities associated with the electrification business.
*Prepare methods of working.

*Computer literacy
*Awareness of HS&E regulations
*Knowledge of Personnel Procedures
*Awareness of group and line standards
*Emergency first aid
*Commercial awareness
