Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year
Our client are a training provider, handling inbound enquiries from a wide range of individuals. Their duty is to liaise with these candidates, establish the right training package for them and help them get started.
With continued growth and expansion throughout the company, we are now looking to increase the size of the team and require a Customer Service Assistant Manager to help ensure our standards of service and productivity are maintained while assisting the customer service manager.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria
A superlative command of the English language – both written and spoken
Previous experience in a customer survive role
Ambition to move into management
A confident and professional telephone manner
The ability to multitask and take on a variety of tasks as required
An organised and professional approach to required work
A clean and tidy appearance, maintained throughoutThe successful candidate will have solid customer service experience with at least 2 years spent working in their last role. Job hoppers need not apply.
