We are looking for a versatile UI Designer who can conceptualise and execute stand-out User Interfaces for SaaS Products and the company website. You must be comfortable taking designs from an initial concept to a final visual product and thrive in a fast paced and reactive environment. Collaboration is key to everything they do. You will be required to collaborate with the Head of UI, Product Owners, Developers and Test team to create new features. Confident and clear communication is essential to the role.
The desired candidate is an ideas generator who is solution oriented and can work well independently and with others.

Duties
As a UI Designer you will be working daily within Figma and collaborating with the UI team. Similar experience in Sketch or adobe XD is acceptable but transitioning to figma will be an ideal requirement. We are very happy to provide training to the right candidate!
In this role, your workload will likely be a mixture of the following tasks:
* Maintenance of the design system and components in figma
* Designing new pages for the system
* Designing new features for the system
* Modifying and improving the UI/UX of existing features
* Collaborating with development to make quick fixes to existing UI
* Working with the product team to generate exciting new features.
* Creative design assets and UI’s for the company websites and landing pages
We are looking for a motivated candidate who can react to the businesses needs and change direction quickly. The right person will be motivated, have a positive outlook, solution orientated and prepared to get stuck in!
Requirements:
* A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI design and U principles
* A portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of responsive design principles
* Proficiency in figma is preferred but comparable skill in adobe XD and Sketch is acceptable too. An understanding and demonstration of good UX
* Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout, composition, colour theory and information design
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design solutions within tight deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communications, listening and decision-making skills
* A great attitude and enthusiasm
* Overtime may be required on occasion, based on project demands
