Customer Service Adviser – Inbound

Manpower are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Adviser in the Ringwood area on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.
In your role as a Customer Service Adviser you will be required to assist new and existing customers in setting up and renewing insurance policies as well as answering any queries they may have.

In your role you will be measured on quality of customer service provided to customer and required to undergo full classroom training before you go “live” on the phones.

Candidates will be required to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, 8am- 9pm over 5 days.
