Business Development Executive

Our Market Leading Client based in Birkenhead are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing Sales team.

The Business Development Executive will be working within a B2B capacity, calling new and existing clients from quality leads off a database. This sales position is working Monday – Friday between 8.30 – 5, with an early finish on a Friday.

This role will suit a money motivated individual, who is looking for that next step in their sales career.

Duties of a Business Development Executive:

* Grow business through calling new and existing clients

* The chance to call business’s all over the UK giving vast opportunity for sales

* Product knowledge in order to sell the business effectively

* Sales support through excellent customer service and account management

* Working to quality and performance based targets

* Accurately data capturing all customer details and sales information to the required standard

* Building rapport and relationships with new and existing clients

We are looking for:

* B2B sales experience is necessary

* Knowledge of industrial painting is desired

* Previous sales experience within telesales and business development

* Lead generation experience

* Ability to question effectively in order to identify a client’s needs

* Excellent communication skills

* A passion for exceeding targets.
