Account Manager – Fantastic Airline

Account Manager – A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join highly reputable airline based in London to work as an Account Manager, responsible for managing strategic relationships with corporate clients and trade partners across the UK and Ireland.

Account Manager Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, creating account development plans, analysing sales data to seek out and maximise revenue opportunities. Part of your role will also involve working with the sales manager to identify leads, following up on new business opportunities and creating new clients. The account manager will have revenue and budget responsibilities, provide leadership to the sales support team and provide market intelligence from clients and competitors. A key part of the role will involve visiting clients across the UK to strengthen working relationships so you will be required to travel regularly.

Account Manager Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years sales or account management experience either in the airline or TMC sectors
• Excellent communicator and negotiation skills
• knowledge of airline systems and/or GDS desirable
• Strong network in the travel industry
• Self motivated and proactive
• Educated to degree level

Account Manager Salary Details

£48,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance, bonus potential, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, medical insurance, free and discounted airline tickets.
