Sales Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

Chase Taylor is recruiting for a well-established successful hot tub and swim spa pool supplier who are now hiring due to an increase in demand in sales. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their experienced and professional team, working out of their showroom in a village in the Surrey Heath area. This is an exciting time to be joining their team.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

• Generating new sales leads through a variety of methods, including social media leads, show room visits, phone and email enquiries
• Meeting KPI’s and targets in line with hot-tub sales whilst tracking results as well as service and after-care packages
• Updating the CRM system with new leads, whilst working closely with the general manager

This role requires a passionate and driven Sales Manager to sell Hot Tubs and Swim Spas to customers throughout Kingston, Surrey, Guilford, Ascot, Aldershot and surrounding Hampshire areas. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who’s dedicated to growing the business by delivering a great customer experience. Salary is paid on a basic rate plus commission.

Knowledge of hot tubs and swim spas is essential for this role.
