Digital & Ecrm Marketing Assistant – Leading Nutrition Company

Success are currently working with a leading nutrition and weight loss company who are seeking a Digital and ECRM Marketing Assistant based in West Essex.

The position is a very varied and challenging position and the successful candidate will be supporting the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver content creation and e-CRM newsletters.

Duties will include:
• Work with the Senior Marketing Executive and other members of the digital marketing team to develop and execute content and campaigns within digital channels – primarily focused on ECRM, but supporting other areas of digital marketing where required.
• Working closely with the LL2U Manager, Customer Care team and other departments to deliver a great customer experience through CRM, you will have responsibility for understanding client’s needs and journey, and contribute to giving them the very best support and experience through inspiring communications and content.
• Utilise the content planning and testing schedule for ECRM to ensure communications are sent effectively and on time.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Executive to analyse performance of campaigns, so improvements can be made on an ongoing basis.
• Hands on writing and art direction as required.
• Work with the Graphic Designer to brief in assets required for ECRM campaigns.
• Support the rest of the digital team to deal effectively with Counsellor and Centre enquiries with regard to ECRM, social media and digital marketing activity – supporting training for the Franchisee network and best practice advice.
• Provide general support as and when required by Department

The position would suit someone who is looking to progress their skills to the next level and wants to provide a hugely engaging experience for their clients at any stage of their journey who is self-motivated, has the ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail and has a flexible approach to working hours.

The successful candidate will need to have 1-2 years’ experience minimum in digital marketing with a particular emphasis on e-CRM, can demonstrate an understanding of email marketing best practices, campaign execution experience, and previous experience with email platforms and has the ability to work with senior members of the team.

Hours:
8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary:
Up to £25k dependent on experience
