My client is an award winning practice who are now looking to strengthen their Tax Advisory team.
This is a pivotal role which will see you advising their clients on both corporate and personal tax advisory projects. You must love tax and want to pursue a career in this field long term.
You could be involved with the following:-
* Helping a client think through the tax implications of restructuring their business
* Implementing a tax efficient share scheme
* Thinking through the best options on how they remunerate and take profit out of the business
* Provide advice when clients are thinking of selling their business or acquiring another
* Work closely with the tax compliance team
* Advise on complex tax planning
* Assist with research and development of tax relief claims
* Liaising with HMRC finding the time to find workable solutions
The successful candidate will have:-
* Previous practice experience
* Tax Qualified already or are ACCA/ACA qualified or nearly qualified and want to focus on tax
* Want to focus on advisory work
* Commercially savvy
* Have a growth mindset
