Salary: £30,000 per year
A leading and fast growing client based in Ascot is currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Due to substantial and continued growth, they are looking for a Part Qualified (CIMA or ACCA) candidate to work closely with the Financial Controller. It is essential you are a talented accountant with the desire and drive to progress your career further, and someone that possesses a great attitude towards work and an outgoing personality.
This varied role will include you:
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Carrying out monthly analysis including: Distribution costs and customer profitability
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing monthly intrastat submissions
- Carrying out various reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis
It is vital that you have advanced Excel skills, are currently studying towards an accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA) and some experience of working within a distribution or importation company would be hugely advantageous.

A salary of between £30,000and £33,000 is on offer plus excellent benefits.
