Empty Homes Project Manager

My client, a large housing association, are looking to expand their maintenance team with the addition of a Project Manager – Voids for their South West London location.

You will deliver a high quality, customer focused responsive repairs and maintenance service.
– Inspect, specify and manage works to all void properties
– Monitor the budget for voids in line with regulations
– Make sure partners and sub contractors follow procedures
– Get customer feedback
– Support day to day repairs service

You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of building maintenance, diagnostic techniques and contract management. Experience of surveying is expected too.
Experience of working within public sector housing and knowledge of managing contractors are both desirable.

An HNC qualification or equivelant is expected in a relevant field.

In return, you will receive an annual salary of £47,970plus company benefits.
