Salary: £42,000 – £49,200 per year
As ‘Customer Support Analyst Health Intelligence’ you’ll support customers in CCGs/ PCTs/ AHTs across the North West – Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, with data/information analysis/insight. You’ll be working for a prestigious, market leading company at the forefront of improving healthcare.
As a Customer Support Analyst you will work closely with customers at all levels within Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Commissioning Support Units (CSUs), PCTs and Acute Hospital Trusts. You will analyse NHS healthcare data and provide meaningful insight via reports and/or presentations for senior stakeholders, acting as a consultant to improve their understanding of their organisations’ performance against KPIs. Your findings will be used for business analysis/ care pathway reviews/ service redesign/ commissioning to improve efficiency and quality of care. As the primary customer contact you will gain a clear understanding of your customers’ needs and build trusting relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
In order to apply you must be highly competent with complex NHS data analysis, ideally as an Information Analyst, Data Analyst or quality improvement Project Manager. Ideally degree educated or a former healthcare professional, you have previous experience of working in or with CCGs/ CSUs/ PCTs/ SHAs/ Acute NHS Trusts with a solid understanding of QOF, QIPP, patient care pathways and commissioning. You have clear and confident communication skills and your experience will enable you to uncover customer needs, discuss sensitive information, propose changes, and lead basic training with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You will visit various customer sites across the North West – Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, so you will need to be happy to travel on a daily basis. Previous experience of working for a management information/ informatics/ health analytics/ business intelligence company is not required as applicants coming directly from the NHS will happily be considered.
