Ejudiciary Support Officer

eJudiciary Technical Support Officer – Office 365, Incident, Problem, Change Management

I am looking for an eJudiciary Technical Support Officer who has experience in Office 365, Incident, Problem and Change Management to work on a 6 month contract (with the possibility of extension) for my high profile Government organisation based in Westminster, London

Overview of the eJudiciary Technical Support Officer contract role

You will be first point of contact regarding eJudiciary and other related judicial IT issues and deal with them within agreed timeframes.
As a Support Officer you will be expected to use your knowledge of eJudiciary and Office365 to proactively diagnose issues and proactively provide solutions to customers.
You will take on responsibilities outside of eJudiciary relating to Judicial and RCJG IT ICT delegated by the head of Judicial and RCJG IT and his deputy.
You are required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other duties reasonably requested by line management which are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this postKey skills required for the eJudiciary Technical Support Officer

You will have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office365 (mandatory)
You will have experience working within a team environment
You will have experience of dealing with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
You will have experience of incident, problem and change management processes
You will have experienced production of support documentation for internal (the support team) and external (customers) users
You will have a basic understanding of procurement and financial processes
You will have knowledge of various operating systems, specifically Windows 7 and aboveThe role is based in London this is commutable from Chelmsford, Guildford, Reading, Canterbury and Luton
