Sales Team Leader

Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year

Due to internal progression a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and competent sales professional to join a global retail distribution business based in Alton, Hampshire has arisen. The role will be supporting the Telesales Manager in B2B sales and client relationship building for an exciting product range. You will be responsible for 3 – 6 team members.

Sales Team Leader – About The Role

• Managing, motivating and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring and analysing performance metrics of the team, to keep them on target and make improvements.
• Providing great customer service.
• Supporting the team to pro-actively contact customers, making them aware of new & upcoming product releases, to increase sales.
• Contacting customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
• Capturing & updating customer information accurately.
• Negotiating bespoke pricing for strategic customers in liaison with the Sales Manager.

The successful Sales Team Leader will have/be
