Qin Recruitment are working with a small federation of primary schools situated in Kensington. They are sited in a beautiful new building which is well-resourced, and they are proud to say that they achieved an outstanding Ofsted judgment in November 2014. 

Two schools joined their Federation in September 2019 and have benefited from a shared senior leadership team who are ensuring it strives for excellence while keeping its own unique village school feel.

They are looking to recruit a School Business Manager to join their federation. This role is for an experienced SBM who wants to take the next step in their development, responsibility, and impact, and who:

• Wants to ensure their federation grows
• Can achieve the highest standards in Finance, HR, Health and Safety and Premises management
• Is organised, efficient and inspired
• Is seeking a role where they can make a real difference to the development and operation of their federation

They wish to appoint a committed person who enjoys working in a busy office environment. You should have strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, initiative, and adaptability.

You will join and work alongside our established leadership team and build upon their successes.

SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER 

Salary Range: Grade G-H equivalent to £49,175 – £59,880per annum pro rata (£45,157 – £54,975 FTE) dependent on experience.

Hours: 36 hours a week, term time only, plus two weeks in the holidays.

This is a permanent post subject to a successful probationary period
