Telesales Parts Advisor / Vehicle Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Advisor working within an Automotive Car Dealership in the Swindon area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Telesales Parts Advisor / Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals. Working within a Parts Department of an Automotive Car Dealership you can expect a fast-paced environment and as a Telesales Parts Advisor you will play an integral cog in the success of the business.

The successful Telesales Parts Advisor will be:

An experienced Telesales Parts Advisor with a previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.
A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
Experience in using Motor Trade Parts SystemsAs a Telesales Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to communicate effectively with your customers at all times and provide exemplary service.

The salary for this Telesales Parts Advisor position is £28,800

Hours of work in this Telesales Parts Advisor role are a Full Time.
