Customer Service Advisor No Weekends or Evenings

Due to a planned expansion and the doubling of sales revenue over the next 5 years our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, proactive Customer Service Advisor for their successful and fun loving team.

Priding itself on service and quality of product our client has a low staff turnover and focus on retaining knowledge and talent within the business and training and developing its staff at all levels.

In the role the successful candidate would become the sole point of contact for 250 designated accounts in the education sector where they would be responsible for the following areas:

-Maintaining relationships with 250 key accounts
-Processing orders on to the system
-Processing orders to design studio
-Sending proofs to clients for amendments
-Contacting clients for feedback and identifying areas of improvement
-Communicating with internal departments on behalf of clients
-360 degree Project Management of a 12 monthly sales cycle

Reporting to a friendly, supportive and professional Line Manager and working in a relaxed but busy environment employees are eligible for a 10% annual team bonus based on achievement of KPI’s.
