Salary: Up to £36,000per annum

We are seeking an experienced learning disabilities professional to manage an established LD service in Norwich. The service provides accommodation and support for adults with severe learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour.

Applicants must have a proven track record of good leadership, in order to provide excellent quality support services and improve outcomes for all our customers and colleagues.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate solid experience of managing a challenging LD Service. It is essential that applicants have achieved or are working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or hold equivalent qualifications, E.g. Both NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management in Care Services (LMCS).
