Export Sales Coordinator (German Speaking)

My client based near to Long Eaton is looking for an Export Sales Co-ordinator to providea first class level of customer service to their customer base. The successful applicant must be able to speak German and have previous export experience. The salary for the successful candidate will be in the region of £26,000 – £26,400per year.

The Person

Able to learn and understand product range
Able to provide a high level of customer service and resolve queries and complaints within a framework
Excellent communication skills and the ability to recognise further sales opportunities
Able to recognise needs for internal improvements to processes in order to improve customer satisfaction levels
Previous export experience
German speaker
Able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
