Salary: £26,000 per year
Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Stafford for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday’s 9-4pm
Salary: £26,000 per year plus bonus and commission OTE £26,000 per year
To understand work instructions from the Service Centre Manager prior to customer arrival, then meet and greet and check in all service centre customers upon arrival at the dealership
Qualify the customer in order to achieve accurate diagnostic information and communicate any differences to Manager
Support the Manager with progressing jobs through the Service Centre and communicating between customers and Workshop Control
Communicate and receive approval for any additional work required on vehicles
Manage the logistics and parking of all vehicles on site including sales
Upsell any work and or accessories
Liaise with Parts department on orders and inform customers of availability for fitting
Answer any questions relating to prices and estimated booking in times
Make sure customer requirements are understood and recorded accurately
Dealing with customer complaints or issues
Meet with customer when they collect their newly purchased vehicle and upsell wherever possible including additional service work and accessories
Experience: Ideally you will have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive industry
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
IT literate (Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)
