Project Manager – Teesside

I am currently working with an established Main Contractor who are looking to recruit an Experienced Construction Project Manager.

Candidates can come from either a technical or trades background but must be systems orientated, committed, strong managers with experience of being No1 on projects up to £10 million.

Any involvement in extra care accommodation would be desirable but I am also keen to speak to people with track record of delivering Multi Story residential developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend external pre-start meeting and make initial contact with clients.
• Co-ordinate and control initial set up including installing Company systems and procedures. Control and monitor progress of the works.
• Manage the day-to-day working, utilisation, implementation or technical consultants
• Ensure systems are in place in order that quality of work is to the prescribed standards.
• Report progress on projects to management
• Implement strict financial controls on subcontractors, suppliers and operatives.
• Ensuring client receives sufficient support to enhance relationships.
