Customer Support (Temp to Perm)

Salary: £27,000 per year

The role involves

* Liasing with customers over the phone an by email to book in work and organise diaries and schedules

* Dealing with cancellations and general enquiries

* Working within a busy team environment and giving business support

* Providing full admin support and database work

* Assisting with marketing campaigns

* Developing and building relationships

* Working sometimes on different projects at once
