Senior / Principal Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

I am recruiting on behalf of one particular M&E Building Services Consultants based in Glasgow.

Their current requirement is for one Senior or Principal Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to come and join their team.

This role will mainly appeal to Senior Mechanical Design Engineers, looking to move up to Principal level or, Principal Mechanical Design Engineers who feel they are not being challenged in their current role.

Most certainly, this role will not be right for anyone just looking for another job. The company will be selective and will only recruit an ambitious Engineer who wants to grow with the company and go on to manager and mentor more junior design grades.

Your design skills must include being fully conversant with Hevacomp design software.

Full autonomy will be given and you will be expected to join in at Design Meetings, both in the office and on site and be expected to be able to express ideas and opinions at this meetings.

Your communications skills, both written and verbal, should be of the highest possible order as you will be expected to liaise with clients who are very senior in stature.
