Accounting and Mathematics Teacher / Tutor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reeson Education is seeking a qualified teacher Accounting Teacher for one of our client schools in North West London. The position will involve teaching Accounting at Key Stage 5 starting ASAP until the end of the exam season. This is a one day/ week role tutoring A-level students. There is also scope for Maths teaching/ tutoring at A-level in addition.

SCHOOL DESCRIPTION
• The school is an all-girls academy in North West London and is easily accessible via public transport at multiple stations and on bus routes.
• The school is newly developed and has fantastic facilities.
• The school ethos encompasses supporting and nurturing students.
• The OFSTED report states “Students respond enthusiastically to good teaching and have positive attitudes to learning; when teaching engages them fully, their behaviour in lessons is exemplary.”
• There is decisive and supportive leadership from the Principal and other leaders in the school and plan how lessons will progress and how particular groups or individuals will be supported.

PERSONAL DESCRIPTION
• The school is looking for an outstanding Accounting teacher with a strong academic and teaching background and classroom presence.
• All applicants should have UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification.
• Ability to teach Accounting (and potentially Maths at Key Stage 5.)
• Must have excellent knowledge of the Accounting and Maths National Curriculum.
