Telesales Advisor

My client in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Telesales Advisor to sell its services to new and existing business customers.

You will be required to:
Make outbound calls to small and medium sized businesses
Explain the features of the product/service to the customer and sell its benefits
Take customers through the application process
Clarify and resolve customer queries at the sales stage
Handling objections and responding according via telephone and email
Close sales over the phone
Input sales and quotations generated onto CRM system
Update customer contact database/diary system after each call

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Telesales expertise
Must be IT literate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and influencing skills
Sales and customer focused
Experience of operating in a target driven environment
Previous experience within financial services, electricity or gas industries would be advantageous but not essential

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:45am – 4:45pm
