Management Accountant

Salary: £72,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a fast paced and highly successful, privately owned, international property investment group. Consistently achieving year on year growth, the group consists of 25 entities and are continuing to acquire new properties. They are now looking for a superstar to join their team and assist with the growth of the company.

Reporting directly into the Finance Director, the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Producing accurate and timely management accounts.
• Producing & updating regular cashflows
• Maintaining and distributing all current MI schedules.
• Preparing year end packs and tax computations for review by Group’s auditors.
• Helping with the day to day management of the finance function.
• Review & Improvement in the efficiency of current systems and processes.
• Assisting/managing balance sheet reconciliations throughout the Group.
• Liaising with banks and external auditors.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• ACCA Qualified
• A strong background in Management Accounting, preferably within an accountancy practice
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
• Experince within the property sector is desirable
